We minimised the disruptions to the tenants and managed to always have vehicle access for tenants.
We delivered this project without any injuries or incidents to our staff, tenants, or the public.
We are now a preferred contractor to the building supervisory team and have returned multiple times to complete other works since this project.

THE CHALLENGES
Traditional scaffolding is not an option. Very high building, steep driveway, difficult access, 100s of tenants.
THE SOLUTION
Develop procedure and methods to enable the re-roofing of all buildings within time frame. Within budget.
Together with our project manager and Roofing crews we developed a method which allowed us to complete the works using safety systems designed for the Wind Power Industry to prevent falls from height without physical barriers etc. We also consulted with our local Workplace Health & Safety Office to develop these techniques & comply with regulations.
